Purchase and access

The journal costs $18.88 as a one-time digital purchase. It is not a physical book or subscription. A verified purchase grants personal account access subject to these terms.

Account and security

Use accurate account information and safeguard your account password and separate journal encryption passphrase. Lost encryption passphrases may make saved reflections inaccessible.

Use of journal content

Journal content, design, and activities are provided for your personal use. You may not resell or redistribute the journal. You retain ownership of your own original written reflections.

Reflection and wellbeing

The journal is intended for personal discovery and creative reflection. It does not replace medical, mental health, or other professional services.

Availability and limitations

We strive for reliable availability but temporary disruptions may occur. Contact support if you cannot access a paid journal. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. This does not exclude non-waivable legal rights.

Deletion and refunds

You can request account or cloud-reflection deletion from Account Settings. Account deletion ends access and is not an automatic refund. Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves, with a revised effective date.
