Refund Policy

Somewhere Along the Way is a digital interactive journal offered for a one-time purchase of $18.88. Because access to digital content is provided electronically, purchases are generally final once access is granted, subject to qualifying circumstances and applicable law.

Limited refunds

We consider refunds for accidental duplicate charges; technical problems that prevent access and cannot be resolved through reasonable support; incorrect or unauthorized charges subject to verification; and any situations where refunds are required by law. Other requests may be reviewed individually.

How to request a refund

Email Satwinteractive@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request — Somewhere Along the Way.” Include the email associated with the purchase, approximate purchase date, and a brief explanation. Never send passwords, journal passphrases, or full card numbers.

Processing and access

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe, typically to the original payment method where supported. The time needed to receive funds depends on the payment provider. A fully refunded purchase may result in loss of journal access. Account deletion is separate from requesting a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
